Silverstone, UK (September 6, 2025) – Ferrari celebrated the next generation of talent this weekend with the graduation of six apprentices during the season finale of the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli UK at Silverstone. The Ferrari Apprenticeship Programme
Ferrari North Europe’s apprenticeship scheme has become the primary entry route into the brand for aspiring automotive professionals. Designed for candidates with at least five GCSEs, the programme offers three main career paths:
Light Vehicle Technician
Service Advisor
Parts Advisor
Apprentices gain hands-on experience at official Ferrari dealerships, under the guidance of Ferrari Master Technicians, combined with additional training at Ferrari’s Technical Training Centre in Berkshire.
Upon successful completion, apprentices are typically offered permanent employment within the network. Many have gone on to progress into senior positions such as Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or Sales Executive.
